“This product seemed like a second hand and not new. There was dust in the dust container and the cord had left over issue pieces as it was wiped before handing it in. The package itself did not look new as it showed signs of usage.
I did not have any problem with the issues above, my main problem is with the distinctive smell when running the product, it’s the very common smell before a machine explodes.
Ozone gas. I checked voltage requirement and it meets UAE standard voltage for many appliances. Sound is bearable, appearance is nice and the handle is light….. but I don’t think I will run this item again from the ozone gas.
I am afraid that if I run this vacuum again it will harm me. I need the responsible team to contact me about this.”
